Project Specific Inspections
Whether you’re renovating, expanding, or buying a fixer-upper, project-specific home inspections are essential to ensure your investment stays on track. Our tailored inspections focus on the areas of your home that matter most for your unique project—whether it’s checking structural integrity, assessing electrical systems, or evaluating roofing conditions. By identifying potential issues early on, we help you avoid costly surprises and ensure that your project proceeds smoothly and safely. Trust our expertise to guide your decisions, keep your project within budget, and protect your property’s value every step of the way.
New Construction warranty Inspections
Even newly constructed homes can have defects that become noticeable after living in the property for several months. Our 11-month warranty inspection is designed to identify issues before your builder’s one-year warranty expires, helping protect your investment and giving you the opportunity to request repairs while coverage is still active.
During the inspection, we evaluate major components of the home including the roof, exterior, structure, foundation, plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, insulation, doors, windows, and interior finishes. We look for settlement cracks, moisture intrusion, improper installations, drainage concerns, HVAC performance issues, and other defects that may have developed since construction was completed.
A detailed digital report with photos and recommendations is provided, making it easier to submit repair requests directly to your builder. This inspection gives homeowners peace of mind and can help prevent costly repairs after the warranty period ends
Pre Listing Inspection
Planning to sell your home? One of the smartest steps you can take is to address any potential issues before listing. By correcting defects ahead of time, you not only increase your home’s market value, but you also appeal to a wider pool of buyers. When potential buyers see that there are no hidden problems, it builds trust and sets your home apart from others on the market. A pre-inspected, well-maintained home can speed up the selling process, reduce negotiation headaches, and ultimately maximize your profits. Take control of your sale and create a hassle-free experience for both you and your buyers by fixing issues early
