Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a great experience with this home inspection company. He took his time thoroughly inspecting the property and explaining everything along the way. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a thorough job and making sure you understand the condition of the home. He also provided the inspection report in a timely manner. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a professional, thorough, and reliable home inspection!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. i don't write reviews even but this company deserves it . I had an inspection on a mixed property use and Niko spent 3 hours going through every little corner of that property providing me with a thorough review in only two days . I would recommend him to any of my friends of family .

Nico is always professional, punctual, reliable, and incredibly thorough. He consistently delivers high quality work, takes the time to explain his findings clearly and make sure every inspection is completed with care and attention to detail. Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Let me tell you about Nico. Professionalism and expertise are absolute top notch. I needed this home inspection done the morning I reached out and he came to my house within an hour and got to work on a day he mentioned was already filled and I could not express how grateful I am for that. He’s kind and great at what he does! The turnaround time to get the report back was same day which I NEEDED and he got it DONE. If I could recommend one person to do an inspection of a home from top to bottom without cutting any corners he’s the guy 10 of out 10 times. If you use him for your services please leave a review because he deserves his flowers!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Nico is top notch! He is professional, thorough, efficient and explains things very well. When I arrived to the home I bought, he was already up on the roof doing the detailed pictures in all the concerning places.

Nico’s equipment and tools are all best in class and he takes his time to be sure the set up and timing of the important tests are complete.

I highly recommend Nico. His extensive report and classification of concerns helps to breakdown what can seem overwhelming at first. I felt in very good hands and on top of that Nico seems to be a great and caring guy, genuinely.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Last week, I needed a home inspection immediately! I called Envision and explained the situation to Nico. He worked with me and scheduled the appointment. He arrived right on time, explained the process and then got to work. As Nico inspected the electrical, heating and cooling systems, he showed me the condition of the units and why they were in good working condition. Every panel he opened, he carefully replaced.

I highly recommend Nico and Envision! The price was fair-the service was rendered in a timely manner-Nico is great!
