I needed this home inspection done the morning I reached out and he came to my house within an hour and got to work on a day he mentioned was already filled and I could not express how grateful I am for that. He’s kind and great at what he does!  The turnaround time to get the report back was same day which I NEEDED and he got it DONE. If I could recommend one person to do an inspection of a home from top to bottom without cutting any corners he’s the guy 10 of out 10 times. When I arrived to the home I bought, he was already up on the roof doing the detailed pictures in all the concerning places. Nico’s equipment and tools are all best in class and he takes his time to be sure the set up and timing of the important tests are complete. I highly recommend Nico. His extensive report and classification of concerns helps to breakdown what can seem overwhelming at first. He worked with me and scheduled the appointment. He arrived right on time, explained the process and then got to work. As Nico inspected the electrical, heating and cooling systems, he showed me the condition of the units and why they were in good working condition. Every panel he opened, he carefully replaced. He was extremely thorough checked everything from the smallest details to the biggest issues that most people would easily miss. You can tell he truly knows his work inside out. He took the time to explain every step, answered all our (even the “dumb”) questions with so much patience, and made sure we fully understood everything. He’s knowledgeable and professional, but also such a humble and genuine person. You rarely come across someone who cares this much about their clients.
